Lanai, pool, rear of house.Ah — cabana life…

Imagine relaxing under the backyard cabana roof by the swimming pool, basking in the refreshing ocean scent. It's Pacific.

Sit in the soothing cool breeze, with a gentle background of many birds singing, palm leaves rustling, and the subtle roar of the sea. In the evening, doze off to the tree frogs' trill and chirp.

Observation deck.Up on the roof…

The Paradise Dream House has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large swimming pool with a backyard cabana, a large atrium in the center of the house, and an observation deck roofside.

(If you have more guests, our neighbors have a vacation rental: we may be able to make arrangements.)

Kitchen.It's cooking.

The kitchen boasts granite countertops and a generous refrigerator with through-the-door ice and water. You'll also find a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender; dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and serving ware.

In the hallway near the kitchen is a full-sized stacked washer and dryer.

Enclosed outdoor shower.Rain creator

Both bedrooms have queen beds, air conditioning, and 8-foot sliding glass doors facing the Pacific. The master bath has an outdoor shower in a redwood enclosure for privacy, and a designer sink in a custom cabinet.

The guest bath has a granite countertop and oversized shower. The darling bath in the backyard cabana also has a shower.

Living room.Now THAT’s livin’

The living room has comfortable high-backed couch and chairs and a Direct TV system. The atrium is mostly covered, and has a large dining area with table and chairs.

In the atrium is a spiral staircase to the observation deck. There, find a table and chairs, and lots of privacy. You can often see both volcanos at once. The ocean view is immediate.

Once-a-week housekeeping is provided by a wonderful and helpful person who also brings fresh flowers.

Be sure to wear your shorts and sandals! You'll be just a short walk away from a dramatic view of powerful Pacific rollers slapping the Hawai‘an coast.
